About:

Looking for a funky, innovative and decked out co-working space? Tired of corporate orientated desk-sharing/co-working spaces? The Cape Town Garage is your answer.

Catering largely for people within the tech, mobile or web industries but not excluding freelance creatives, the Cape Town Garage is a space which encourages creativity, professionalism and a natural eco-system of knowledge and resource sharing. It is a space which is conducive to the growth of start-ups and also supportive of those further along in their business growth.

Hosting various tech-orientated events and meet-up groups, as a tenant you are often privy to events you may not have been privy to elsewhere.

The Cape Town space is also home to 88mph, a seed fund and accelerator program which partners with Google in incubating African-focused tech and mobile start-ups. Besides funding, these start-ups have immediate reach to Africa’s biggest growth markets via our other tech hubs in Nairobi and soon Lagos as well as an agreement with several local hubs across Africa. This program creates a competitive setting where start-ups spend three intensive months launching products and finding customers.

In short, our space is a vibrant, busy and a highly innovative environment – great for networking, collaboration and synergistic relationships.
