The US Embassy, in partnership with Silicon Cape, will be hosting the third edition of the Build Hackathon Series which focuses on real-world South African challenges. The latest instalment will concentrate on growing and empowering local businesses in townships by finding digital solutions to accelerate inclusive growth in the Township Economy. The hackathon will kick off with talks on the topic and will be followed by a week of daily Lunch and Learn Bootcamps. All solutions will be presented at the finale where R45 000 in prize money will be up for grabs. Click here for more information.
