GoMetro is smart transport company from Cape Town, that uses technology to tackle parking and congestion issue. Their mission is to deliver mobility as a flexible service. It means shifting away from transport that you own (car) to mobility solutions that you can purchase as a flexible service.
They have 2 different platforms currently existing:
- GoMetro Pro: Software-as-a-Service platform dedicated to the collection and analysis of public transport data and focused towards informal transit operations in emerging markets (minibus taxis in South Africa)
- flx: shared mobility platform dedicated to safe and reliable staff transport. Employees travel with colleague who have similar commute. The service is packaged as a monthly subscription.
They’re looking for a graphic designer intern who would be available to join 1 day per week in their offices in Durbanville. Transport can be arranged for the intern.
Skills required:
✓ Corporate design (branding, identity, …)
✓ Communications design (visuals, infographics, social media)
✓ Web design (UI/UX, page design)
✓ HTML and CSS would be a huge plus
