Windows 7 bollocks

So Incredible Erection offers free Windows 7 upgrades with purchase of any notebook up till end Jan 2010. There I was in the market for a new laptop and it seemed like a good plan.... gullible eejit that I am. SO I go in and grill the salesperson who assisted me and the manager on duty (again eejit me for expecting them to know WTF they're talking about, I mean, they only work in an ICT retailer) and they confirm I WILL be getting the free upgrade no questioned asked, cos the price on the laptop I wanted wasn't bad and who doesn't want a saving of at least a grand to free themselves of the train smash that is Vista. SO There I go and buy the thing and after Windows 7 ;aunch like they said i hit the site and follow the links to the "free" upgrade..... EXCEPT that the company issuing these upgrades is in Singapore and is going to charge me in USD to send me the frikkin thing.... WTF?
Now I cant get anybody within the entire Incredible Erection to take my b***** call.
