Need illustrator to draw 'fictional' carachter - she must be beautiful

Need illustrator to draw 'fictional' carachter - she must be beautiful and will "talk" to girls (teenage and early twenties market) about fashion news, beauty tips, celeb news etc. etc.
She will represent the face & voice of a cleansing lotion ...
Can anybody help?
