Looking for wordpress gurus

Looking for wordpress guru's - must have experience with wordpress but must also be able to delve into the "code" and have a lot of experience around pure html, css, php etc.
Looking for wordpress freelancers that are self-managed and availalable to correspond with clients directly via skype. Work on projects that offer hourly rate of $58/hour.
