Looking for UX talent

We:
Siteta, a Cape Town-based company focusing on User Experience, are reaching out for UX talent to help us cope with the increasing demand for our User Experience services in South Africa.

You:
You consider yourself a big, medium or 'short' hitter (in terms of UX skills and experience).
You will need to show a keen interest in user-centered design.
Initial round will have a preference for Cape Town-based people.

Roles considered:
Information Architects, Interaction Designers and User Researchers (or any combination of these skill-sets).
Opportunity for either contract or permanent roles.

Send an email to ux [at] siteta.com, include the word 'UX' in the subject line, and share with us anything from this list:

• who you are, your UX history and what do you currently do
• how much time you can make available (from half-day to full-time)
• pick any website and write us your thoughts about it
• tell us if you consider yourself a big, medium or short hitter (in a UX sense)
• if you believe yourself to be a big or medium hitter, - please present your case
• tell us about your compensation expectations (don't be shy, but do be honest)
