Flow Interactive is looking for a new Account Manager

Flow is an international user experience design agency with offices in Cape Town and London and an impressive client list. We specialise in user experience: making websites, mobile apps and software that are easy and delightful to use. It’s a rapidly growing sector because businesses are realising that a good user experience increases profits and reduces costs.

We are looking for an account manager to generate new business, nurture existing customer relationships, make sales and help set and execute our marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
- A charming, outgoing and persuasive manner with clients and your colleagues
- A strong interest in how digital technology impacts people, businesses and society – web, mobile, software, social…
- Skills and talents in marketing
- A talent for organising and planning projects, events and schedules so that things happen smoothly and on time
- Good skills with Word, Powerpoint & Excel

Duties:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Attending sales meetings with the directors
- Scoping and planning UX projects
- Generating proposals
- Preparing and sending out invoices
- Planning and managing resource to ensure we can deliver the work we sell
- Writing case studies for the web site and blog posts
- Attending conferences and industry gatherings to establish a presence and build connections
- Organising promotional events and training courses
