Exploit Yourself - Press release

Media Rendezvous, in association with the Entrepreneur Incubator and Academy, together with associated businesses, are privileged to announce the launch of Exploit Yourself - a new on-line entrepreneur reality show for South Africa. 

Exploit Yourself is a social media-based reality show, aimed at highlighting the human journey, trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship in South Africa.

10 Contestants will participate in a 16-week show.

During this time they will be exposed to ideas, education and experts, all designed to build and develop their businesses as well as themselves.  Throughout the show contestants will be required to complete tasks associated with weekly themes and report back via the associated social media channels.

Full daily coverage will be done on the dedicated blog and other social media platforms, detailing the human and business development of each contestant.

Readers will be asked to comment and interact during the show and then have a final vote in their selection of an entrepreneur of choice award at the end of the 16 weeks.

Various other spot prizes and business development prizes will be available to contestants during the show and at the gala dinner event in September.

Applications are now open for the Cape Town-based pilot show and interested business owners are asked to complete the on-line forms by 15 April 2011.  Applications are available at www.exploityourself.co.za or on the Facebook page. 

Show contestants will be announced by 21 April 2011.
