An email to the incompetent public service

To Whom it may concern,

I have emailed CIPRO and gotten no reply, I have called both the National Customer Contact Centre for both CIPRO and the DTI more than 16 times and had the call unanswered every time.
I have attempted to call the DTI's regional offices and had my calls go unanswered more than 20 times.
I have attempted to call the local enterprise development offices in the western Cape where I am based, using the numbers provided on the CIPRO website, to find they are incorrect numbers which are actually the numbers for the Dept of Economic Development and Tourism.
All I want to do is change the member details for my CC which is registered with you.
Why can't you do your jobs?
I do not ever expect to receive a reply for this email, ever.
I find your lack of service disgusting, insulting and yet another example of the incompetence of the public service in South Africa.

I hope you choke on your publicly funded lunch.
