PAIA manual deadline for private bodies: 31 December 2011
In terms of Promotion of Access to Information Act section 51, all private bodies need to submit a manual to the Human Rights Commission. This must be done by 31 December 2011. The HRC closes on 27 December 2011 and we therefore urge you submit these by then.
