Formsly in Public Beta

Hi All,

 

My new web app, formsly.com has gone into public beta. It's a cool little app for companies to add a content and media rich contact page to a site.

 

I would really appreciate some beta testers, all you would need to do is sign up and then send me the email address (by private message on here) that you signed up with, and I will change your basic account into a paid account.
