I personally would go with Unity and I have just completed a Cocos2D project. XCode 4.0 is a nightmare IDE"

the game is 3D but can work in 2D .... basically you navigate your way through a "village" or "city" to find a treasure. there is more to it than that, but you imagine the type of game i am looking at. "
