In keeping with the colloborative spirit of Silicon Cape, I want to invite fellow members to post any legal questions they may have about running and growing their businesses. Obviously the answers given will not be a substitute for proper legal advice but it will hopefully point you in the right direction or give you the heads-up on your issue before you consult your attorney.

- Who are you?
- I am a Cape Town based attorney with specialist knowledge in Intellectual Property and ICT law. I also currently run the masters program in ICT law at UCT and serve as an independent adjudicator for the Internet Service Providers Association and Wireless Internet Service Providers Association.
I am a strong advocate for making quality legal information more accessible and user-friendly to entrepreneurs.
