You have failed to find someone to criticize your idea, concept and really anything.
You have run into an idea but need someone who will disapprove anything that will be unnecesarry for you to realize the actual product
You have time for a coffee and want to hear something that will atleast motivate you, bore you and most often happen in the coming future.
You have finally realized the idea I told you wasnt really useful finally turned out not to be useful :-)

Finally talk to me when you ... errr get to the full stop of this line, Notice how I'm so bad at panctuation? It wasnt intentional that there are no fullstops for all those conditions.
