Hi,
I've set up bloomrr to use PayFast.co.za , which is the equivalent of a South African PayPal, so I think the hurdle you mentioned has been avoided.

You will struggle to get this model to work in South Africa due to exchange control regulations etc. The only on-line payment method accepted in PayPal and it is already monopolised through one of our major banks…
