Hooros: A Narrative of our first official month in numbers

Towards the end of Janunary we (Hooros), as a startup decided to adopt a business model that we believed was a greater representation of our core vision, ‘our why’. We decided to offer to clients talented and vetted freelancers through a 3 step filtering process. After gettting a request from a client and claryfying the client’s needs and expectations, we: 1.) Match the client with freelancers who can deliver on the client’s needs, 2.) Carry out extensive video interviews to further filter the freelancers we identify, 3.) Set a pre-employment test to ensure that the freelancer is capable of delivering on the client’s needs. We then proceed to draft all the necessary legal documents to protect the client, the client’s intellectual property and the freelancer.
