Today, I heard the CEO, of a newly launched VC firm called Revolutionary Angels, speak at a local innovation group meeting. He launched this company to help entrepreneurs get early stage funding. Here is their model, you submit your business plan, they choose 100 plans, if your plan is chosen, you are the asked to pay $5000, in turn the firm gives you professional services (marketing, business plan, sales channel assistance.)
