"Umoh Thanks for the feedback My thoughts were also that although I’ll be using a java program that sends an sms the cellphone that the sms is sent to needn’t have java installed  I want to cover my basis where I target any phone…"

"Hi Eric,  If you are using Java to trigger a SMS sent to a specific number (java app uses a HttpURLConnection to tap into Clickatell http request API, which is the simplest API) then a I think you may want to explore using the same http request…"

"Haha ! Good one on the putative app:)   I'd stick to English although Afrikaans is the most widely understood (Zulu the most spoken with Afrikaans as 2nd language) So I'd include an Afrikaans version depending how the English version…"
