Android apps are developed using the Java Programming Language. While ipad  and iphone apps are developed using 'Objective C' Programming language. Unfortunately, i'm currently involved full time on another project. but you can get in touch with 

Herman Taljaard - He has got experience developing for the iphone, so he's your best bet if you want to develop for ipad.

You can also contact Chantal Lyner - She is an android developer, if you want to develop for android.

They are both based in the Cape town area, and on Silicon Cape.
