- I'm an Industrial/Product Designer researching the cross-over dicipline of Service Design. I am the user's advocate! I'm passionate about the design of useful tools, artefacts and services through co-design and participative methods.

- What is your current activity, project or occupation?
- I am a researcher currently involved in a project on Home-based healthcare in the Western and Eastern Cape. Along with IT specialists we are investigating the potential for the assistance of technology in empoverished settings. This research will contribute to my masters thesis in Design at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
