Joomla! news update:

• - Our next monthly meetup of the Cape Town User Group is this Thursday, the 21st of July, at our regular venue: Sinn's Restaurant, Wembley Square, Gardens, from 6:3opm onwards. (the event is free for anyone to attend)
• - Joomla 1.7.0 was released on Tuesday! See joomla.org for details.
• - Early-Bird registration for the Joomla!Day Cape Town (in August) is still available to those who attend Thursday's meetup!

The next Joomla!Day South Africa will be held in Cape Town.

We created a Survey, that is intended to gather responses and suggestions from the Joomla!® community so that we can organise an event that meets your needs and interests.

We are also seeking input from people who are not currently using Joomla, but are interested in doing so, and would like to attend the event to learn more.
