What happens to Front End Web Developers when they become experts..??  More than one has told me that salaries do not seem to keep up with their skills set and there comes a time when you outgrow your job.  If this is you, please contact me.  I have a serious Career Opportunity for an expert who wants to be based in Cape Town, work internationally and have a lot of fun AND earn the moola doing it!

Hey guys,

I'm a non -technical entrepreneur in search of PHP programmers ( sounds like I'm on another d*** dating site) to develop a unique site for the South African market, please if anyone is interested in taking on a side project which in its idea phase is raising a few eyebrows, then contact me and lets make this thing happen. Did I mention thats it's going to be awesome?

@HC there are many gems for using twitter that EASILY plug into rails.

Also you can look at omniauth for plugging in twitter, facebook logins.

The gem community makes doing ANYTHING easy. "There's a gem for that!"

you can create a web service, deploy it on IIS. The web service can be configured to connect to the sql server ie. connection string and also have a method to execute a script to perform the synchronization. It depends on your solution's design
