Hi,

I've set up bloomrr to use PayFast.co.za , which is the equivalent of a South African PayPal, so I think the hurdle you mentioned has been avoided.

Hi Saleem

You will struggle to get this model to work in South Africa due to exchange control regulations etc.  The only on-line payment method accepted in PayPal and it is already monopolised through one of our major banks who have loaded their own fees on-top so it is an expensive option.

Launched Bloomrr.com a while back, its been going pretty slowly - any ideas on how I can market this to the South African community ?

Hi all, I am the founder of Printhub. We are Solving Printing for independent professionals, start-ups and small businesses by making it cheaper, easier and faster through web-to-print. The whole concept is about giving you print on demand and access to great artwork through free templates you can edit online. The products are simple: business cards, flyers, posters, brochures, letterheads but the service is powerful. Have a look at Printhub and let us know what you think. Currently building our library of design templates.

Hi all,

I am in the process of starting a new eCommerce venture focused on swim wear. I am going to be in CT from the 13th April - 13th May and I am looking to network with as many people as possible.

If you think this sounds interesting or you know any one in either the fashion industry or any experienced eCommerce veterans that want to help a wet behind the ears newbie, please feel free to drop me a line on michael.kellaway@gmail.com .

Coffee will be on me !
