Joomla is popular free and open source Content Management Software.
Ryan Ozimek who is the President of the board of Open Source Matters, and a Joomla and open source evangelists, will join us from the USA to deliver the keynote for this event. He will also have a session on the role that the Joomla open source software can play in making charities and government agencies more effective.
