I'm looking for someone with very strong nHibernate experience to assist an internal team with migration from a home-grown ORM to nHibernate. This team have those real propeller-head types and extremely capable of doing this job themselves, but the idea is to give them access to some fresh eyes and equivalent propeller-headedness. It may be full time for the month or assist ad-hoc on a retainer - you tell me what you can offer.
