Looking for SMS Gateway

Thanks all for your replies and offers. I posted this a while ago and went with Renata @clickatell. Although it's not an immediate requirement, I'm looking for a way to USSD enable some apps. Do any of you support USSD via some RESTful API for example? Thanks -HC

Maybe I mis-understood your requirement, but it seems to me that one of the providers cited to you in the foregoing responses may in fact be able to solve your problem regarding USSD.

Thanks for the link, George. The last few days there were suddenly so many replies to this 10 month old post that I just wanted to say that I'm sorted with regards to SMS shortcodes.  USSD is a different topic and I'll check out GrapeVineMessaging. Thanks, HC

USSD gateway provider: TruTeq http://www.truteq.co.za/products_telco/

They even have a section where you can learn all about GSM.

We have a service that is cheaper than both the ones you are using and is using a local gateway, ussd, shortcodes, sms
