The Silicon Cape Initiative

Hi,

I am looking for good two-way sms gateway service to use with short-codes in SA. I've looked at clickatell.com as well as bulksms.co.za

Is there a service someone here would like to recommend?

Our approx. initial monthly message volume is: 1000 in & 1000 out

Best regards,
HC

Hi, you can contact www.4isoft.co.za - they might be able to help you.
Hi Deon, I am looking for a gateway service rather than for help with the development.
Thanks, HC

Hi Deon,

Clickatell would definitely be the superior platform to use. Could you pls send me your contact details?

Hallo Renata,

I hope to still reach you here? We have developed a specific product and would require outbound and inbound short sms services. It is a product that will be rolled out nationally and the volumes look interesting. We need to demo this technology interfacing with our backoffice - if Clickatell can provide the service then please forward me the steps to take from here to enter into an agreement with Clickatell, setup a testing platform and definition of unique premium codes?

Kind regards,

Deon Bezuidenhout

Hi HC,

Sorry dude, I was under the impression that they have developed such a service and that it is part of their offerings.

Hi Renata,

We are software developers and two of our products currently being developed will have sms information modules. We would certainly be interested in your offerings, my contact details are on the website www.dotxmltech.com.
Thanks,
Deon

HC we use a company called AAT www.aat.co.za, they have easy to set up service that you can manage yourself. If you want Cape based then Clickatell and BulkSMS are both good choices.
try a company called Marketel: http://www.marketel.co.za
You could try www.grapevineinteractive.com - they should be able to assist you. They have an extensive portfolio in SA and abroad
Thanks Luthando!

I have a service www.SharkSMS.co.za

that is currently undercutting the market place by around 30%

however we do not use short codes but have a 2 way system

that is orgainzed and collated per message type and time

If that will help contact me on anthony@mygeni.org
