HELP WITH A SIMLPLE DATABASE BASED WEBSITE

I am developing a website, it will be a simple website but i need it to have access to a database. Anyone can help. My business idea depends on this. Thanks

well if you use php and have a mysql database then php can be used to design the web page and connect to mysql database let me know more about it maybe i can be of more help
