Going rate for Web/PHP developer on contract?
What is the typical (or range of) hourly / daily rates for a developer familiar with PHP, Javascript, HTML / XHTML, MySQL? I'm looking for someone to take my "proof of concept" to early alpha stage to have a product to demonstrate to potential clients and investors.
Anybody want to volunteer themselves or others? Anybody know what reasonable rates are?

I think bigger companies charge about R350-R450 per hour for a senior developer. A freelance developer with about 5+ years experience would probably charge around R200 per hour.
