Event Description

Join Daniel Guasco from Groupon and Eric Edelstein from Evly for a debate on whether the tech entrepreneurial community in Cape Town is alive and kicking.

Daniel will present the argument for and Eric will present the argument against, with Neal Gandhi, co-founder of the iPlex chairing.  If that is not enough to get the room rocking, Wayne Gosling from Groupon, Emilian Popa from Rocket Internet and Eran Eyal from Springleap will pitch in as well.  You can get involved by tweeting or submitting questions before or during the event (tweet them to @iPlexCapeTown).  And after the debate you'll have the opportunity to put forward your views while you enjoy tasty snacks and drinks and continue networking with Cape Town's tech entrepreneurs.

Space is limited so book your place now. Tickets are free.

The great debate needs to not just a platform for outlining regulatory intervention but also for fostering intra-loci platforms where anyone who wants to enter tech must see CapeTown as South Africa's premier destination for starting a tech company
