HFI's Practical Usability Testing Course

Human Factors International will be running the following training course in Pretoria: Practical Usability Testing, 1-2 September 2010.

This two-day course provides quick and practical testing techniques so that design meets users’ needs, limitations, mental models, and cognitive styles.

Giving you new insights, the course programme covers the full scope of usability testing from the four factors driving your testing strategy to uncovering problems with content organization, task flow, and brand strategy.

Human Factors will show you how to conduct performance-based tests using paper and functioning prototypes. Learn how to design and conduct a remote test, analyze web traffic logs, and accurately predict how users experience applications.
